Get the edge on selecting, caring for, sharpening and using fine knives. Learn how to mince, chop, slice, julienne and chiffonade. You'll practice your techniques as you prepare an amazing sit-down lunch including a delicious purée vegetable soup; orzo with lemon, thyme and Parmesan; and a delicious dessert with a beautiful presentation.
