Enjoy the creaminess Canelés de Bordeaux, a very old classic French cake with a creamy vanilla interior and sink your teeth into Tart Tatin, a caramelized upside down pear tart with a crunchy crust, that will become your new favorite dessert.

      Sharpen your knife skills, refine your cooking technique, and enjoy a sit down lunch in a small intimate class.

      Get the edge on selecting, caring for, sharpening and using fine knives. Learn how to mince, chop, slice, julienne and chiffonade. You'll practice your techniques as you prepare an amazing sit-down lunch including a delicious purée vegetable soup; orzo with lemon, thyme and Parmesan; and a delicious dessert with a beautiful presentation.

      You may wish to bring a cutting board, an apron and your favorite knives for evaluation. Be sure to bring your appetite!
