Homemade Pizza and Calzone

  • Seattle’s Favorite – an updated version of the classic Italian pizza Margherita using a thin crust with fresh tomatoes, basil and goat cheese.
  • Sausage & Mushroom Calzone -a fluffy “pizza sandwich”, filled with light ricotta cheese, marinara sauce, sausage and mushrooms.
  • Classic Crust – Create your own from the topping bar including: Marinara; Mozzarella and Parmesan; pepperoni, meatballs and ham; caramelized onions, peppers, sauteed vegetables; and basil and oregano .

Making and handling pizza dough is easier than you think!

Learn to make a quick dough you can use in a variety of ways. Bake your pizzas on a stone for a nice crusty bottom and learn the techniques for barbecue pizza. Make a thin crust, a calzone (pizza sandwich) and a classics crust as you put together your own masterpiece from our topping bar.
